Savor the nourishing benefits of the end of summer with this potassium- and fiber-rich banana smoothie drink. Cooling, refreshing, and good for your body: potassium eases high blood pressure.

Delicious and creamy:

INGREDIENTS
1 ripe banana, peeled, sliced into coins and frozen
1/2 cup milk or soy milk
1/4 cup orange or apple juice
Maple syrup to taste
Nutmeg (garnish)

Whiz ingredients in blender until smooth. Serve in a glass with a sprinkle of nutmeg.

Makes 1 smoothie.
