capsacin does burn
there is also emmu oil and eucylaptus spray oil that is wonderful
The thing with the capsacin ointment, you must wash it off your hands immediately after applying it to, say, your feet. If you don't you will inevetibly wind up touching your face sometime later and will regret it immediately.
Also, the capsacin ointment DOES NOT dissipate with wear. If you don't wash it off your feet before putting on your socks and going to work, your feet will be on fire until you are forced to go to your business's bathroom and strip your feet and wash them in the sink, dry them with the paper towels, then re-sock and shoe.
This happened to me while wearing lace-up, steel toed, work boots.
Thank you.
