Do we really need to be reminded every day to put ourselves in a trance? I think we already know how to do that. How about some new and exciting advice?

It also helps to have a hobby that takes over and quiets the chatter in your mind. Hobbies can be very meditative....especially if they challenge your creativity.

I've been working on making lap aghans (with leftover yarn in a closet) to donate to elderly people in nursing homes, who have no family and get no gifts for the holidays. It puts me in the 'chill zone' and will make someone smile.
I'm also working on my annual bracelet fundraiser for the local animal shelter.
I'm so 'chill' I float above the ground with a perpetual smile on my face and feel great!

I highly recommend it...and will be thrilled to share my patterns if anyone sees anything they would like to make in my photo album on my profile page.

There's a lot we can do to make others feel good...and that makes us feel good.
Try it...you'll like it!
