FYI Sorry friends,my profile is down until I get help from care2 support
A great idea. We all could use some stress reduction on a regular basis.
Unfortunately, I couldn't view the video.
Under normal cicumstances I suffer from breathing problems in the evenings - despite the use of two types of puffers.
I was brought up in South Africa with it's wonderful climate, it's big blue sky, beautiful nature and endless white beaches.
Compared to all the rain and grey skies around Vancouver area, it's understandable that people are not very outgoing and suffer despression during the majority of the year because of the grey skies and miserable weather.
Often, I've noticed that when I'm looking at web-sites with sunshine - perhaps white beaches - but sometimes sites with beautiful pictures of nature, wildlife or beautiful cityscapes - I can breathe easier and breathe deeply. I breathe so easily I can imagine the varied aromas of all the plants or the aromas wafting off the beaches...
So although the video wasn't available, I can understand the effects of melodic, relaxing sounds, pleasant aromas and soft colourful lights and how this would ease stress, especially if accompanied by deep breathing. So simple, yet so effective ......
Happy to hear, I have to test that
