Fun though they are intended to be, the holidays can be pretty stressful for most of us!

But aromatherapy can help you to enhance your vitality of spirit, promoting endurance and empowerment, increasing your
confidence, and generally fortifying you for the sometimes-stressful weeks ahead.

These three essential oils boost confidence, stamina, and morale–and they smell absolutely wonderful. Find out which scents are your holiday allies, right here:

According to Gabriel Mojay, cedarwood essential oil is the best for promoting strength, endurance, and certainty. (The name “cedrus” originated from the Arabic word “kedron” meaning “power.” Cedarwood oil is fortifying and strengthening, a powerful tonic of the body’s Qi-energy. Its ability to strengthen the energetic function of the Kidneys relates psychologically to its fortifying action on the Will. It gives us the will to hold firm and immovable strength in times of crisis, helping us to resist emotions that threaten to undermine our confidence and morale. It can “buck up” the ego when we feel alienated or destabilized. Its deeply virile woodsy-balsamic aroma is one that helps to transform negative situations into experiences from which we can derive strength and wisdom.

Ginger essential oil is a wonderful aromatherapy ally for promoting self-confidence. Its effect on the Kidneys and the Will activate will-power, stimulates initiative, and restores determination.

Juniper essential oil is helpful for fortifying and empowering us. It stimulates yang energy in the body. Its piney, pungent aroma clearly associate it both energetically and psychologically with an ability to disperse and cleanse. Since ancient times, juniper has been associated with spiritual purification and the ability to drive out negative influences. The warm, sweet and woody notes of the essence reflect its deeply fortifying potential. It restores our determination to overcome life’s obstacles.
