NM, Me, too. I've had 3 squamous cell cancers removed already so I'm not as worried about "age spots" as I might have been if that was the only trouble involved with my golden brown tans of the past. If only we'd known....

Wish I'd known about this when I was young and I wouldn't have been so enthusiastic about sunbathing.

Kate, you don't have to remind me. :-) I may walk in the sun, but I hate lying down and sunbathing.

I wonder whether the fashion of being tanned will ever change - so women would be able to keep their unblemished skin for much longer. Very few girls heed the warnings of sun-damage when they are still young.....

Thanks for the tips.

The strange thing I got on both upper of my arms at my late 30's that looks like age spots but its rather reddish, and doctors say there's no cure, but some sort of melasma cream can lightened, I hope its not skin cancer.
