Dementia and its more severe alzheimer's is in store for us all at one time if we live long enough. I agree - exercise the mind, but I would do that anyways - not just because I want to ward off the disease. The brain is too complex an organism for us to comprehend. Live in love and live life in joy and that is all we can ask.
