The heat brings out odors everywhere, from garbage cans to dog beds. Even those of us that never use air fresheners might consider them in the heat. Here is an air spritzer that refreshes the air and even deodorizes it. It requires essential oils that are antibacterial, but because it is technically a floral water, you can use it on your body, too. It is delightful as such. There is nothing like a heat wave to make one sweaty and drooped.

Make this simple floral water and refresh your self, your linens, and your rooms!

Simple Floral Water

20 drops essential oil (examples include rose, lavender, etc.)
1 cup distilled water
Spray bottle

Combine the ingredients in a spray bottle and shake to blend. Spritz the air where needed, and yourself making sure to avoid your eyes.
