Hey guys, before you make fun of the foreign language audio and before you start condemning the guardian herself, why don't you check out the other video that pops up after this one is finished. Looks like the dog is very much loved and appears to have become a sensation in her country. The video was featured in a TV show and the guardian and the dog were interviewed.
