Agree with Robert H. I was a bit lost not being a car buff. What's new in the world of "green" cars is rather out of my ken. Just as the costs is beyond - way beyond - what I could even imagine. My good ol' girl is 18 years old and still running pretty well so she'll stay in the carport until she's ready for an extended stay at the demolition yard.
Hope others are able to afford them. It would be grand to stop using gasoline!

I would much rather get a Tesla, and for only one reason, it has nothing to do with it being electric, the looks or the engineering, I would get one because it is named after one of the The coolest people in the history of mankind. Tesla was awesomecool!
It wouldn't be so expensive if a major car manufacturer would actually support it instead of continuing to do big oil's bidding.

Yawn, another hellishly expensive electric car, like the Tesla, which only a very few people will be able to afford, but it is an interesting exercise of technology.
