I love a wide variety of flowers in my garden, but sadly, most bulbs here have to be dug up and stored inside over winter, so they're just not worth the effort. Native daffodils and crocus work best in the Midwest, and deer and voles don't particularly like to munch on them.

I love the multi-colored and pink daffodils better than others, and most bulbs, other than crocus, have to be pulled here and replanted, so I don't enjoy them so much.
