Graphic Artist Dad Decorates Kids’ Lunches (Gallery)

Meet one of the coolest dads, ever: David Laferriere. As a graphic artist, David uses his drawing skills to liven up his kids’ lunchbags.

In May of 2008, David bagan adding designs to his kids’ sandwich bags — monsters, robots, fish and whatever else popped in this mind. His kids loved it, so David continued.

Knowing that the bags would be thrown out after lunch, David began snapping pictures of his artwork and organizing the images on flickr. He now has quite an impressive collection — with 1,082 bags and counting. See some of his lunch bag art below:

That is amazing. It would definitely brighten my day.

It's simple things like this that can make a difference in someone's life. It's all about the little moments that put a smile on your face.

I do have an issue with the amount of litter. He really shouldn't be giving his kds lunch bags that can be thrown away each day.
