Great Ideas for Weight Loss (3 videos)

A lot of us are interested in losing a little weight, or at least not gaining any. Dieting is often not the answer. These three videos offer ideas about simple changes to your diet that can help you lose weight: eat organic, avoid toxic foods (page 2), and advice on choosing a breakfast cereal (page 3).

How to Lose Weight Eating Organic

Iíll bet you never connected organic food with weight loss. Those little 100 calorie packs sold for weight loss contain lots of ingredients your body canít use. Our bodies arenít designed to handle the synthetic chemicals found in so many processed foods.

The result: we use energy to try to process them but they stay inside. Watch this video and let us know if you agree with this reasoning.

The video on page 2 lists the 13 fruits and vegetables most likely to be contaminated.

The 13 Most Toxic Fruits and Vegetables

The last video told you to eat organic. Wait, you say, itís too expensive; how can I improve my diet without emptying my wallet?

This video lists the 13 fruits and vegetables most likely to be toxic or contaminated. When you have to choose, choose organic for these.

The video on page 3 shows you what to look for when buying breakfast cereals.

The Best Cereal for Weight Loss

Fiber is one of the best things you can put into your body, and it has zero calories.

This video shows you what to look for when you go to the grocery store to buy a box of breakfast cereal. It’s good advice, don’t you think?

I checked my cereals boxes which I thought were healthy, then I watch several videos about cereals, Dr Ann said they should have 5g of fibers per serving and 10g or less sugar per serving to be really healthy... I may just finish what I thought were healthy cerals and look out for more boring options...then this nutritian in another video just said it's better to stay away from cereals...and eat fruits instead as you get the fiber and not the nasty starch....booohoooo.... I don't know what to eat for breakfats anymore now.... !!!! but thnx for the article/videos!

OK, I watched the second one too - cute song, but a short list would have been enough.
Sorry - I think my comments are sounding a bit negative tonight, I don't mean them to be. Maybe it's just the catching up with mails, messages, shopping, washing, dishes and unpacking after coming home from a 16 hour journey ...
Tomorrow will be writing better.
Thanks for the post though - a good bit of information for anyone who might not have the low down yet.

Makes sense - at least the organic video. In fact, am surprised that it has to be pointed out to people.
Haven't watched the others yet.

I appreciate this article. We all need to do what we can, and I turned to a natural cooking diet. We've already lost weight.

the only thing I didn't like is that list of 13. For those who are on food stamps, many have to already choose from affordable or healthy. Conventional strawberries are better than store brand bologna. It won't change over night, but you've got to start somewhere.

Great, great advice. I will look for these things the next time I shop. I was wondering if those 100 calorie packs were good when on a diet.
