I don't know If I would want to get that close. If the animal gets spooked and turns, you will be easily outrun. Binoculars work just fine. Even for birdwatching

What an excellent change.... the hundreds of bird calls wouldn't be drowned out by engine noise and all the sounds of the bush can be appreciated. The biggest and most important advance is for animal security as poachers are on the rise and it is important that the presence of patrol personnel can take them by surprise. Great news.
