Healing Paint Colors for Your Ayurveda Type

Mouse over the 108 colors chosen with this ancient wisdom in mind to see which colors resonate with you and what they mean.
Visit the AFM Safecoat site and click one at a time on the Ayurvedic types listed on the left, Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. You will see a list of colors to the right of the picture of a room. Move your mouse over each color name to turn the room to that color.
After you have found the colors that speak to you, try this fun quiz to see which type you think you are from reading words! For me, I never figured out my Ayurvedic type from reading text about them, or from all the quizzes I have taken, but it was clear as a bell from looking at the colors on the AFM Safecoat site.

my favorite colour is royal blue or midnight blue or even shadow blue and ice blue but i also like grass green because thats nature for you ayurveda also consist of sandelwood but its best to have soft colours which will give you peace and harmony and calmness.

so very interesting, I am Kapha and the last time I was in charge of painting I probably took the wrong route entirely, it was a very troublesome time of my life ! Now I have a new home, might give it another try with a different outlook !

Thank you! As I am in the process of putting together my studio, I asked a feng-shui consultant for some help. We discussed colors and when I went to visit my Vata page-it showed me the very colors I knew were "me."
And I had been told by the feng-shui professional placement and to stay away from green, as it is a depressing factor. And green used to be my favorite color, I today I don't wear it as often as I used to. I took green totally out of the equation for colors in my studio.
It's the earth tones that agree with me best.
