Health Benefits of Blueberries (Infographic)

Blueberries may be a tiny fruit, but their size does not reflect their power. Full of fiber, phytonutrients and manganese, blueberries are one of our favorite superfoods. With cold and flu season flourishing, now is a great time to grab a cup of vitamin C-packed blueberries as part of an overall effort to boost your immunity.

Blue berries are the first priority for me to have in meal. Blue berries are anti-oxidant and helped me relieve headache and fatigue. I updated my site: http://howtobe.healthy.webs.com

Thanks for the information, I planted a few different types of blueberry bushes along side a sunny side of fence in backyard and every year after the first two, they have given me and the birds plenty of berries to enjoy, a very easy berry to grow, I'm in So. Calif. and they said it might be hard to grow, no problems here, everyone should give it a go, very little upkeep and such yummy food for all !
