How I Stopped Drinking Coffee

Today is the 25th day I’ve gone without coffee! This is major for me. You see, coffee was my last addiction. I havenít had a drink or drug in seven years, Iíve been off dairy for more than a year, and I barely even eat sugar or meat. Therefore, I was holding onto my coffee for dear life. I spent years trying (unsuccessfully) to give up the joe only to wind back up in the coffee shop ordering a large americano with soy milk. Then, 25 days ago, the stars aligned and a shift set in. In this video, I talk about what helped me make the move to get off coffee once and for all. I also offer advice for you to step into your own life change ó whatever that may be. Watch now! And donít forget that tonight begins my†free group coaching course: How to Create What you Want in 2013. If you’d like to follow me in my off-coffee journey, you can find†me on†Twitter,†Facebook,†Instagram or†Pinterest.

Coffee unfortunately is very acidic for the body, and it's even worse when it comes with milk and sugar (like mine does) - kudos to you for coming off it! I've been trying on and off for the past 3 years and it's still very difficult for me - hopefully one day that shift will set in too, and until then I'll keep trying - wish me luck!

When I gave up coffee, it took 2 years to feel better for it. I'm back drinking it again....I love it so! Good luck with your quest :-)

Moderate coffee drinking has been shown to have health benefits. No need to give it up completely.

Love this video post
my thoughts -
coffee (and energy drinks) are nervous system stimulants and it over works our adrenals ... it also gives a sense of energy
it's also very addictive and if not organically grown - full of chemicals
The big business of coffee has done a good job of promoting it's health benefits. (Like margarine)
When people stop drinking it - they often go through stages of sever head aches - withdrawals
But this stops very quickly.

I'm caffeine free - and I have enormous energy ... and no trouble sleeping when I put my head down. Unlike years ago when I was a coffee addict.

The longer one is off coffee ... and replacing it with water and/or green juices = the cleaner and better you'll feel and the more energy you will begin to have

And the better your skin and eyes will look - as coffee also dehydrates
