How to Detect Nutritional Deficiencies (Infographic)

It’s tough making sure we get all our regular daily nutritional values in: five servings of fruits and veggies, plenty of water, protein, vitamins and minerals. Filling in the gaps and in-betweens of nutrition is important, but it’s easy to miss key nutrients.
