Skin Care, Videos
I used to make a super gentle face scrub from ground up oatmeal [coffee bean grinders are great tools] mixed with powdered milk. Add enough water to make a thick paste, slather it on, let it dry for 20 minutes. It will tighten and feed your skin while it's on, then, with dampened fingers, gently rub it off. The surface skin cells sloff off with out doing any damage from grainy bits. And you can add things like a drop or 2 of lavendar or lemon oil, or even pepermint oil to give the skin a real zing. Oh and to keep your lips plump and hydrated keep a little pot of honey, and oil, my favorite is coconut oil solid as it helps to keep the honey in suspention, with a drop of pepermint oil which tends to bring the blood right to the serface for a rosy color. I love to experiment with stuff like this, so try other things that might be more suited to you as well.

Actually, exfoliating can make acne much worse, even drive an infection.
However, I credit it with keeping me young-looking.
Look - - I'm the first to admit I don't take care of my skin the way I should. I have no right to look 42 when I'm 54, but that's the age most people will admit I look after I laugh when they say 38. "No, seriously. - - -"
I don't regularly remove make-up, I eat too much sugar, I smoke. I don't keep as regular hours of sleep as I should. But I was ID'ed for alcohol right up till my 38th birthday (before it became mandatory for any age) and the only thing I can credit that my peers don't do regularly is scrub 5-7 times a week.
well, that was a super short video.
