Growing old is not so bad. It's the presumed deterioration of the body that drains the life out of you.Personally, I think we can negate a lot of that by finding things to focus on that will inspire us to stay alive.

Isn't it far more fun to grow old disgracefully?
Eat a balanced diet, take regular exercise, moisturize and use sunscreen . But remember to have fun because you never know if you will have a tomorrow.
