People with insomnia due to severe mental disorders like depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder DO NOTrespond to diet and lifestyle changes. Believe me, we've already tried!!
If you've having recurrent, severe problems - see a doctor!!! Your health, mental and physical, depends on it.
