1. Goat Cheese and Brie.
Tangy goat cheese and rich dark chocolate are an odd, but perfect, pair. The trick here is to freeze the cheese before cutting it into smaller pieces and coating in chocolate. Transfer to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet to let the chocolate set before eating.
2. Mint Leaves.
Mint and chocolate are a classic combination, so why not get straight to the source of the flavor? Though mint leaves are delicate — you’ll want to use tweezers to dip them in melted chocolate if you don’t have steady hands — it’s not as difficult as it sounds. Immediately transfer chocolate-dipped leaves to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and stick ‘em in the freezer for about 30 minutes. They’re a fantastic addition to ice cream, cakes, and fruit salads.

4. Tropical Fruit.
Chocolate and strawberries. Chocolate and cherries. Chocolate and oranges. Those all all killer combinations, sure, but there are plenty of other fantastic fruits out there to try with chocolate. Try mango, star fruit, papaya, dragon fruit, kiwi or other exotic fruits you can find at your local market.
