I need it for my hair...Aussie 3 minute miracle and then when my hair is dry I add a dab of VO5 hairdressing for blonde/silver hair .A woman in a class I am taking told me last night that my hair looked awesome...so...of course I am going to continue .

Thanks, I use an oil-free conditioner. My hair tangles easily, but regular conditioner weighs it down. I only use conditioner on the bottom third of my hair.

Conditioner actually helps with my hair, it gets tangled easily and I use conditioner twice a week to help keep the tangles away and easier to brush, it depends on what I do but if I don't use it my hair gets tangled just sitting against a couch. I could get away with using it twice a month or even less if it wasn't for the tangles. I have a detangle conditioner, my shampoo is homemade and as soon as I find out how to make a detangler conditioner I'm switching, but so far all recipes I have tried has not had any effect on the tangles and has left my hair either too dry and brittle or too oily and greasy.

Plus certain types of hair need conditioner to control the amount of oil. My friend Emily needs to use it every day. She misses one day and you can tell by how oily it gets, in just one day!
