Is Your Pet on Your Phone?

My dogs, Sanchez and Gina, go almost everywhere with me. But, when they don’t, I always have a picture of them nearby on my iPhone. At a dog agility event recently, we took a casual poll of how many people had pictures of their dogs on their mobile device’s home screen? Almost everyone did. The same people also confessed to having pictures of their pets on their computer’s main screen.

The photo of Sanchez and Gina on my iPhone

Maybe it’s because I’m a crazy pet parent, but one of my favorite pictures of my dogs stays on my home screen. I probably look at my phone more than any other device I own, and it makes me smile everytime I look at the picture. This was taken shortly after I adopted Gina. Over two years  have passed, and it still warms my heart everytime I view the picture.

Do you also have a picture of your pet(s) on your phone? How does it make you feel when you look at it? Thanks for answering our poll and posting a comment.

I don't have a pet, but if I did I'm pretty sure I'd have at least one picture of them on my phone. That way when I'm having a bad day I can look at the picture and reframe my state of mind to something happier.

Cathleen K._______GOOD ONE !

MY cat used to keep stepping on the delete button.

So I taped a pill bottle cap on top of the button so his stepping would do no deleting.

I'd better go ahead & tape a pill bottle cap on the on & off button too. Didn't think of that one.
