Matt didn’t have to run in his elementary school’s field day race. But, despite his spastic cerebral palsy, he ran anyway — with the encouragement of classmates along the way!

Sending a Green Star is a simple way to say "Thank you"
You cannot currently send a star to Terry because you have done so within the last week.
One really special boy!
Very HAPPY TEARS. KUDOS to all involved!
Gosh tha was beautiful and funny how as soon s u said its ok to cry the tears were coming down lol what a guy Matt u r and I see why the coach never ages he is filled with love and the kids U ROCK wow im blown away,,,
What I see here is nothing to do with sports day and young Matt's achievement in finishing the race. He is obviously totally integrated into the school life and not seen as disabled, only as Matt. To me that is the true story here - a young boy taking part in school activities along with everyone else. Good on you Matt and good on the school for obviously treating you no differently from the rest
Aww, that's so sweet!
thanks
