The Military have NO right to conduct testing like this. God knows how much marine life has been stranded (it must be a terrible way for them to die too) because of explosive testing.

The USA is the number 1 war machine in the world . Why should the military care about one precious orca when the USA has multiple wars to maintain ? ( I am being facetious)

Many of these tests are unnecessary yet we continue to do them. How many soldiers have been harmed by such tests and how much "collateral damage" has ensued? I understand that in order to be ready our military must train but we need to find better ways of "testing" and training.
