I eat dark chocolate daily - the equivalent of one of the squares in the video. When I eat a comfort food like a grilled cheese sandwich, I also use a combo of lower fat mozzarella cheese and the harder sharp cheddar, fresh avocado and a good layer of spinach and very thin slice of roasted turkey. It's a gurmet treat for the weekend - no more than once a week or better, twice a month.
