Are Animal Fats Hiding In Your Favorite Products?

  • 2 of 6

The main components in rendered animal fats are oleic, palmitic, stearic, palmitoleic, linoleic and myristic acid. In other words, if you see any of these terms in an ingredients list, you may be looking at a substance sourced from animal tallow (or another animal-based source), and would be wise to contact the company to find out the ingredient’s origin.

As well as in the food industry, tallow and other animal fats are used for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, personal care products, inks, paints, coatings, adhesives, lubricant and soaps. Tallow is also used in industrial animal feed and in bird food, believe it or not.

Historically, tallow was used to make candles, producing a cheaper alternative to wax candles. It is used as a lubricant for machinery and for ammunition. Tallow is also the primary ingredient in some leather conditioners. In Germany, deer tallow is commonly used as a base ingredient in salves.

I'm not a vegan, but prefer the labels in Europe which are much more clear than the USA.

Animal fats are not too good, if used in large amounts...
The minimal use of animal fats, in itself is harmless...as well as, other normal items in our environment. That is not the problem...the problem is that everyhing IN THE LAST 50-60 YEARS.. is engorged with chemicals.. Chemical interactions change the makeup and ultimate reaction to the human body
THE PRODUCTS USED IN THE OLD DAYS IS THE SAME PRODUCT ONE SEES TODAY. THE INGREDIENTS HAVE BEEN SABATOGED AND CHANGED TO THE WORST.
I just saw on the HISTORY CHANNEL...that the Nazis, in 1945 induced the foods of the German people with wood shavings,, and said it was because of the need to ration food. because of food shortages.of food ....NOW , we are told that celulose in a shaker tube of parmaesan cheese is ok...( to keep it from clumping) when it is really derived of trees, which is wood....
After Hitler's defeat, those Nazi scientists, were welcomed here, in America with open arms..That is who took over the military industrial complex , which is at the crux of the agendas of corporations who poison our foods..
We are living in the Fourth Riecht....That is why were are being bombarded by poison from every direction, in all our consumer products, foods, and water..and all drinkng products...
There is a definate link between what was done to the German people and what is being done to us now , in America, and around the world..
