Beautiful video. I agree that swimming helps with breathing, flexibility, and strength, but watch out for the chemicals in the water that may trigger problems.

Any excersise in water, esp. for the elderly is great, because the water is easier on the joints. e.g. arthritis.After any joint surgery, hip, knee, etc. Dr.'s and P.T.'s recommend this.
