One Day at a Time

This vlog was recorded on October 2nd, 2011, a very special day for me for many reasons. The first reason is that it is Gandhi’s birthday. Many of you know Gandhi is my homeboy. I turn to Gandhi when I’m in doubt, and six years ago he was there to answer my call. On October 2nd, 2005 I listened to divine guidance and became a Spirit Junkie. I put down my fast-paced life, got sober and chose to turn inward for my peace. In this vlog I share gratitude for my six year anniversary and offer you tools for creating your own life change.

One day at a time is about all any of us can handle and besides ... yesterday is over and tomorrow's far away. You should be committed to the good that's in today.
