May they be safe forever....
Such a cute pair.
Cute thx
I pray every night for any animal that lives in China. Now I will be praying for these two. Most of the horrendous cruelties to animals take place in China or because of chinese medicine. They put dogs in baskets and slowly burn them alive, they do horrible awful things to cats and dogs and bears and raccoons and monkeys. China is responsible for the 200 elephants recently killed for their Ivory. China is responsible for most of the endangered species that are still being killed because of their black market. So before you start celebrating these Orangutan babies in China, pray for their safe keeping.
They are gorgeous, and like all animals have qualities that humans will never have. Let us all keep learning from the world's amazing animals. Much Love and wishes for a great life to these adorable babies! Rosi Caswell Animal Whisperer Therapist

Lovely creatures.
cute
They are adorable! Nancy, it would probably be.....in the wild, that neither infant would even survive in the first place, and I didn't see where it said that neither was being nursed "naturally" or didn't have contact with their Mom? There isn't any information about that at all that i could see. "Orangutan Island" is one of my favorite programs on Animal Planet........watch it every week night, and it's my understanding that without some human intervention like this, the species will be extinct soon. It's sad that the biggest issues seem to be that the youngsters grow up lacking some natural instincts when not kept with Mom, and their "childhood" is extremely long, even for primates. Even the 5-yr-olds on that show get "milk bucket feeds".
