Many of us grew up loving the aroma and taste of grilled foods, and just because we want to eat more healthfully doesn’t mean we have to forgo them!
We have collected five of our favorite healthful vegetarian burger recipes, from a jerk-spiced Portobello burger to a veggie-filled Reggae burger, two burgers made with black beans, and one with chickpeas and smoky cheese. They’re all delicious. Happy grilling!

These vegetarian burgers are softer than their meaty counterparts, so if you plan to grill these, you may want to use a fish-basket so they don’t fall apart.

Veggie burgers - Yes, please!
Delicious. Love Portobello mushrooms especially. Often add finely chopped spinach to the mix in any burger as making homemade burgers is delightful.
