Donna F., the "he" is a "SHE", and she's doing fine according to the article on the news about this animal. She was part of a litter of puppies found abandoned along a road and all were sent to a shelter. This one had severe birth defects as described in the article if one just "Googles" Pig, the Half-dog. The name is hardly fitting, and she's a "half dog" only in the length of her spine, which is missing several vertebrae.
