Promote Feng Shui and Declutter Your Home By Getting Rid Of These 5 Things

The ancient Chinese art of feng shui gave us systems and practices for achieving positive energy in our homes long before mainstream books and websites. Then recently, the concept of conscious home maintenance gained a new major facet with the release of the best-selling book “The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up: The Japanese Art of Decluttering and Organizing” by Marie Kondo.

If you want to skip the book-reading and intensive research, but still want to make a big difference toward eliminating clutter and creating a positive, energy-boosting home, you can take small yet major steps. Here are five things to get rid of right away.

Hangers

Believe it or not, Kondo strongly recommends storing all of your clothing in dresser drawers. I was skeptical at first myself, but after making this switch, I can’t even begin to tell you how much easier it is to maintain.

Instead of folding your clothing and stacking it vertically, though, you should fold it to the point that it can stand up horizontally on its own. That way, when you open your drawer, you’ll be able to see all of your clothing options. It sounds strange, but folding your clothing this way instead of hanging it up actually saves a lot of time and keeps everything meticulously organized very effortlessly.

Broken Objects

Both feng shui experts and Marie Kondo agree: There’s simply no use for broken objects. If you’re waiting to fix something and you haven’t taken steps to do so, you probably never will. Either fix it today, or get rid of it.

Sharp Corners

Technically, according to feng shui, all corners in your home should be hidden. Even if you can’t make that work, you can soften the space by seeking out only rounded, soft-cornered objects. As a bonus, if you have children (or even if children just occasionally come to visit), this is much safer for them.

Paper

This is pretty simple: Get rid of extraneous paper. Get started with online billing, read digital newspapers and websites, and consider switching to reading from a Kindle rather than collecting paper books. (Love “real” books? Then just hold on to your absolute favorites, and donate the rest.)

Gifts You Received That You Don’t Like

Marie Kondo explains that you shouldn’t feel guilty about donating an object that you received as a gift. By doing so, you’re honoring the object (and the gift-giver) by passing it along to someone who will actually love and use it.

Bonus tip: It’s not a bad idea to calmly and politely explain to your close friends and family that you’d rather not receive “stuff” for gifts. Tell them you’d much rather receive food, gift cards or tickets to fun experiences. Do it politely, and they shouldn’t be offended (and will probably pass the word on to less-close friends and acquaintances.)

How to restore a broken relationship and marriage issues

Like the movies we see ,every relationship does not always have a happy ever after. Factors are always there to bring down the relationship you have given your all. It can be as a result of dishonesty, failing finance , misunderstanding , job requirement and so on. It take more than a lot to save a failing relationship take it from me i have been there before. Now i know a few ways that can help restore a failing relationship i am going to work it down from the top to the last best way i know.

Understanding

Understanding is one way to restore a failing relationship. But as easy as it sounds, it is the hardest task to accomplish,Why is this? let see. In a relationship no one like to be that person that never get heard like he or she does not exist. Men feel like everything said or do by them is right because they are men and they think they need to always be in charge because men are the head and women feel like they need to be respected and there opinion matters alot. If they both can not balance this i do not see any hope for that relationship because after so many fight resulting from misunderstanding they will call it the end.

Stable Finance

This is mostly for the men. It is important to have a stable finance because a lot of bad things can happen due to financial trouble. Even if your spouse choose to stay with you through the troubled time you might just see yourself as the fault and be
