Protect Yourself With a Healing Aura

Protect Yourself With a Healing Aura

If you are exposed to negative forces or situations and are feeling vulnerable or sensitive, you may want to protect yourself so that you can gather your strength.

In this special meditation, you can visualize a light aura in the form of an eggshell that shelters you from negativity with powerful healing energy.

Feel totally secure and protected with this meditation, here:

The shell of the aura protects you from real or imagined negative effects. It enforces the sense of security against self-created fears and paranoia.

To protect yourself when vulnerable, visualize in your mind’s eye that waves of healing light and energy are being emitted from your body. These energies form an amazingly bright light aura, like an eggshell, around your body. Feel that nothing can penetrate this blessed energy wall, which is solid like iron and surrounded by flames of positive energy. Enjoy meditating on the image of this amazing defensive aura, with its invincible wall and protective flames.

It is also an aura of positive transmutations. Everything that touches it, including strong negativity, is transformed by its energy field into healing light and energy. Merely touching this aura causes negativity to melt like snowflakes in warm water. Enjoy the feeling of total protection and security.

Then relax into open awareness of what you are experiencing, without grasping or needing to think in words about anything.

A splendid meditation idea. I remember a friend who always felt that she was walking on egg shells because she was married to an abusive man. It took her years to finally leave and escape the emotional abuse and negativity. She is stronger. There is no doubt that positive and protective meditation helps along with assertive action taken when need be.

Thanks :) I taught my daughter from when she was very young to put herself in a protective 'bubble' if she felt afraid or upset or was doing something she felt apprehensive about. Picturing the bubble with all negativity bouncing off it, protecting her completely. She would often come home from school telling me she had to put herself in a bubble today.. she is now almost 21 and still uses the 'bubble technique'. Also taught her to 'put on' a don't f**k with me aura if she was in an uncomfortable situation, whilst on a date etc and she has used this and been quite amazed by the effects.

I have my own method, but might try the egg-shell meditation next time (I love the bubble Sue H. mentioned, have to try that too). Thanks. :)
