add your comment »Irrka Torres , I make a cup of water with the 2 tea bags. This makes a stout tea saloution then you can pour a bit of this solution in your facial steamer. You will have plenty left to do a few more times. just store extra in fridge till you are ready for it.

Rae, if you're allergic to chamomile, just use 2 peppermint teabags, or another herbal tea of your choice. Chamomile is soothing to the skin, but you'll benefit from the steam with or without it.

And when you're finished, have a cup of the still-warm tea. The chamomile will help you relax and the peppermint is good for the digestion.

I'm allergic to chamomile. Is there an alternative tea that can be used for this?
Thank you :)
