interesting..... I think. Balance is always the key.
Um... it's not like we have to stand around waiting while the nuts are soaking. Geez! It's just like anything, it's takes a little adjustment to figure it out and fit it in the lifestyle but then it's easy and one wonders why they hadn't always done it that way.
Also, if there is hunger or cravings, then eat. Eat an avocado, or several. It's good filling fat, full of nutrients (which is what we really crave and the true reason for eating) and it is way better than a bag of chips.
And take a B12 supplement. Most people should. The only reasons there's B12 (which is a soil bacteria) in animals these days is they are supplemented in their feed (which is then killed out by the antibiotics also in their feed to keep them from dying before they are killed). That's not natural and I'd rather *not* put my supplements through an animal first (plus choose better ones).
Most of my health issues corrected after a month of raw. Not going back to feeling bad.

Raw food...vegetables and greenies, berries, fruits yes but not meat or fish
vegan ... with a focus on raw food ... is by far hands down ... the healthiest way of living. There's a lot more to the story than a 1:20 minute video can cover ... I wonder if the meat industry is behind this video?
