  • 1 of 3

Video games are often assumed to be the purview of younger generations, content to sit around and stare at the television screen for hours on end.

But, the emerging trend of interactive gaming–the kind that gets players up and moving–can be both entertaining and beneficial, regardless of how many centuries one has tucked under their belt.

1. Even the calmest among us needs to let off a little steeeeeeam once in a while. (See video above)

The making of the couch potato, non stop, video player, with out regard for anyone else or the rest of his life.

I have seen again and again, after High School graduation, the son (usually takes up full time gaming, sans looking for a job, a place of his own or any other adult type activity.

Parents are having to evict them through legal procedings(after the age of 21) to get rid of them. This is happening more and more. And the sons are counter suing for wrongful eviction.

Amazing, sad, but true.
