Simple Tips for Loving Yourself and Others

Simple Tips for Loving Yourself and Others

Be gentle with others and yourself.

Cherish the ones you love the most and never use anyone just to vent.

Connect from heart to heart, from Soul to Soul and experience who you really are.

Smile to strangers.

Look into the eyes of others with your heart wide open. When you hug, do it with your whole Being.

Look with loving eyes.

Talk to people instead of about them.

Be positive or be silent.

Be generous with compliments and scant on criticism.

Be honest, yet choose your words carefully and with compassion.

Speak your own truth and allow others to have a truth of their own. It is combined truth that creates the world in which we live.

Judgements mirror a lack of inner peace. If you judge someone, say, “I’m sorry” (even to yourself), and send some love to that person (as well as yourself) to heal the pain.

All that is pure, is pure for everyone involved. So attune to your Soul and follow the guidance of that Divine Light — that inner GPS — within you. When we are attuned, we know what’s best for ourselves.

Love and let go of expectations – even if you aren’t loved “back”. You cannot negotiate love. Love simply because you love someone.

Open your heart to all creatures you encounter, no matter what their origin or species. Connect to All.

Let others walk at their own pace.

Focus on the things we have in common for the similarities connect us all. The differences only express each individual’s uniqueness.

Completely accept who you are and where you stand in life, but always leave room for improvement.

Be responsible and take care of your own problems, while helping others to solve theirs.

Be grateful for all you have, all you have had and all that will be….Continue reading at

Sometimes I have a hard time to be able to connect with clients in my work, than I think about the sentence: "connect form heart to heart, from Soul to Soul" and I concentrate on connecting with my heart. It helps me to stay patient and accepting. I still do come across judgements of mine and it helps to see them as a lack of inner peace. Sometimes when I am driving, I think about a person, that I hurt in my action or in my thoughts. Then I try to connect to his/her soul and I apologize for what I did. It helps, to send love to that person and to yourself and it helps healing and getting whole. Love, Regine

We pretty much understand and accept the concept of PTSD for people in war zones. Why wouldn't that …
