Could not see the video as it is unavailable in my area, whatever that is supposed to me. Haven't smoked a soft drink but these can be enjoyed in moderation because they are laden with sugar. If one slugs down a lot of these during the day or evening then you will certainly get a sugar rush. The diet stuff is even worse with even more chemicals!

Yes, drinking carbonated sugar water can make you obese. Not a healthful choice.
