Soothing, Rejuvenating Holiday Bath Formula
1 comment

By Annie B. Bond

This comforting bath offers a simple, soothing way to unwind and to feel more energized during the holidays. The formula uses only kitchen cupboard ingredients (no essential oils) and it smells lovely, a combination of mellow sweetness and bright, enlivening citrus.

It is so important to practice even just a few minutes of nourishing self-care when we are all so busy. In fact, an interlude in the tub with this bath formula can help us reconnect to our still, calm center so we can emerge feeling more present to our loved ones, and in the mood for some merry-making!

INGREDIENTS

One lemon, cut in round slices
1/4 cup honey
1/8 cup sea salt

1. As the tub is filling, add ingredients.

2. Soak for at least 10 minutes, enjoying the rejuvenating, energizing fragrance of the lemon slices. The salt helps us to cleanse away any unwanted emotions or energies, and the honey is softening and nourishing for your skin.
