INGREDIENTS
3 ripe tomatoes
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 cup fresh spinach
3 broccoli florets
1 teaspoon chopped onion
Tabasco sauce or cayenne pepper to taste
Juice all ingredients and serve in a glass with a stalk of celery, if desired.
Serves 1.
