Savor the last of the summer harvest with this delicious veggie juice drink filled with stress-busting, adrenal-nourishing nutrients. Antioxidants, vitamins, minerals–and a bit of eye-opening spicy heat. You won’t miss the vodka!
3 ripe tomatoes
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 cup fresh spinach
3 broccoli florets
1 teaspoon chopped onion
Tabasco sauce or cayenne pepper to taste
Juice all ingredients and serve in a glass with a stalk of celery, if desired.
