Spa Cuisine: Omega-3 Smoothie Recipe

Omega-3 oils, found in certain nuts, seeds, and fish, are vital for health, but most of us don’t get enough of them. Resarchers say that Omega-3 oils may prevent heart attacks, improve artery elasticity, help with depression and arthritis, and promote smoother skin. So when you make this smoothie, you’re doing your body a delicious favor.

i make the same one but in addition I use an apple, a fistful of brazil nuts (one could use walnuts) and some juice -but no ice. The brazil nuts make it very creamy.
