Spice up your tub and maybe even your love life with these scrumptious and unusual soapy bath salts that will soften, cleanse, exfoliate, and moisturize you and your tub mate. These bath salts make a great Valentine’s Day gift, too.

INGREDIENTS
1/8 cup grated soap scraps or liquid soap
1 cup baking soda
1/4 cup orris root powder
1/4 cup almond meal
1 tablespoon vegetable glycerin
A few drops each essential oils of lemon and clove

1. In a quart mason jar, combine all ingredients, shaking to blend.

2. While tub is filling, add 1/2 cup of the salts to the water.

3. Place lid on jar and refrigerate between uses. Formula will keep for several months.
