I keep a very healthy diet , and if pomegranate and beets stain my teeth then let it be so !
Thanks
Thanks.
As I noted in 12 best/worst for your teeth article, extremely white teeth are not normal - they are yet another creation of Madison Avenue to make people insecure and spend money. Common sense says to either brush after eating and/or drinking or at least rinse with clean water. Teeth that are properly maintained and healthy are far more important than a 'pearly white' smile. Give me a naturally happy grin with clean, healthy off-white teeth rather than an artificially whitened Hollywood caps smile any day!
Noted, thx
Thank you for the understanding of how teeth become stained. I've happily given up tea, coffee, sugar and alcohol, but won't give up the fruits and vegetables. Also, I won't give up curry since turmeric, a key spice in curry, has great value as a medicinal and healing food and it supports the body in many ways. I read that elderly (aged 70-79) residents of rural India, who eat large amounts of curry, appear to have the lowest incidence of Alzheimer's disease in the world: 4.4 times lower than that of Americans.
Brilliant
