Oral Care, Videos
Great video! I think no one would have thought that stress even can affect the gums and overall oral health. Some major fallout from stress is mouth sores, including canker sores and cold sores, clenching of teeth and teeth grinding , Poor oral hygiene and unhealthy eating routines and many more.
I had so much stress in my job; and I am so delighted to be retired now after 38 years. I've had my share of periodontal problems, but see a periodontist regularly who says I'm doing a great job now. I also stopped smoking in 2005, having smoked for 40 years and I walk regularly, try to eat healthy and have lost over 50 pounds. Stress is a bitch and leads to so many health issues. Article shared.
