Quinoa is marvellous and so very tasty.
Interesting, I'm guessing you can do almost anything with Quinoa you can with rice or couscous.
..............to cook the quinoa in BROTH vs. the water as called for in the recipe.
The Quinoa Loaf really has amazing reviews. I copied and saved the recipe(recipe files vegetarian). There were many complaints about the texture being too crumbly, so I will be adding an egg as a binder, as I am not vegan. There were also many complaints about it being a bit bland, many reviewers recommended using broth to cook the quinoa in and to be sure to taste at all stages to adjust for salt and pepper. Also, many sautee'd the onions and mushrooms together before adding to the mix(the recipe calls for them to be added raw).
