T is for Turn Off Computers at Night

By turning off your computer instead of leaving it in sleep mode, you can save 40 watt-hours per day. That adds up to 4 cents a day, or 14 dollars per year.  It can naturally help cool your home too.

Good advice - turn off everything that has a light to show it is on and all appliances should be turned off at the wall. Save every skerrick of power you can - better in your pocket thatn the electricity company.
