Thai Tonic for Total Health and Vitality

In Thai philosophy, human life is holistically viewed as a combination of three essences: body (the substance of which we are made), mind/heart (all of our thoughts, emotions, and spirit), and energy (that which holds mind, heart and body together).

In this Circle of Life, there is constant flow between the three essences.

Central to healing the body in the flow of The Circle of Life according to Thai healing, are dietary regimens and herbal medicine.

Try this Tonic Shake: it is designed for health, strength, and vitality with a stimulating effect on the digestion and a detoxifying effect on the body:

Tonic Shake
1 cup pineapple
1 cup longan (an Eastern fruit)
1 cup papaya fruit
1 teaspoon papaya seeds
1 mandarin orange
60 ml coconut cream
60 ml fresh sugar cane juice or honey

Squeeze the juice from the orange. Liquefy all ingredients in a blender.
