Yup keep moving and dont sit for hours is the go. I have had a ton of body injuries from toes to my head and have been to the gym too for over 6mth and had to quit b/c of injuries. Vicious circle!

Back pain can be eliminated 90 percent of the time with proper posture. The use of drugs to combat back pain will surely cause side effects.
